电镀厂废水处理聚丙烯酰胺废水大体可分为化学废水和工业废水。化学废水主要是锅炉补给水处理系统产生的废水以及锅炉排污产生的废水。工业废水主要是工业冷却水、地面冲洗水以及循环排污水。锅炉酸洗废水、锅炉排污水等化学废水,因其排放量大、悬浮物高、pH值也不符合污水综合排放标准要求,就地处理困难大,需集中起来处理。

电镀厂水处理聚丙烯酰胺分子量大不意味着性能就好,分子量小也不意味着性能就差,主要还是要看用途,如果在污水处理领域用来脱泥,还得结合脱泥设备和污泥性质,如果是用在传统的履带式压滤机,分子量很高可能会导致滤布堵塞,脱水性差等问题,影响脱水效果;如果用在离心式脱泥机,因其工作原理不同,分子量要求就要高一点,要求产生的絮团能尽量耐剪切,也可以理解为絮团要足够结实,所以要选择分子量较高的产品。
